Stress is common to us all… something we all have to deal with, and that comes from multiple sources, sometimes even ones that should be positive! And in a world that seems to be growing more uncertain, stress levels in many people are climbing. 

So what can we do? Mindfulness is one of the key approaches that has been shown to help people reduce their stress levels, increase resilience, and enjoy life more. In fact it was stress reduction that was one of the first ways Mindfulness appeared in Western culture, with some excellent results!

This session introduces you to some key mindfulness starting points and how we can use these to help deal more successfully with the stress in our lives, as well as giving you next steps on how to keep this going.

    Tom Cleary


    With a background in business, education and leadership, Tom is passionate about helping raise awareness within the topics of mental health, wellbeing and personal development. He combines lived experience of mental health and wellbeing challenges with professional knowledge and outstanding teaching and training skills, resulting in the delivery of empowering sessions and workshops which consistently receive very positive feedback.

    As a lifelong learner and educator, he works with individuals, organisations and businesses to increase awareness of positive psychology topics and mental health, working to embed both individual and team skills that help safeguard people’s wellbeing, prevent future problems and enable them to thrive.

    All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

    Of course, we work closely with all of our clients to find the right practitioner and programme to suit your needs.

    We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
