In this 1/2 day minute interactive workshop we talk about what Mental Fitness is, why it is so important, and how we can use the mind as a tool for optimising our performance.   PhiI gives a little theory and some basic neuroscience, however the bulk of the session is used to give you practical tools to manage and optimise your internal experience (your mind), so you can focus your energy more intentionally, navigate how you deal with your emotions in a more skilful way, and ultimately create better outcomes for your life.

  You will leave this session with an understanding of how to use mindfulness as a tool for performance.   The session is interactive, so you will get an opportunity to practice the techniques, and start integrating them immediately.

We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
