Mental Fitness - Mindfulness as a tool for Performance - Half Day
In this 1/2 day minute interactive workshop we talk about what Mental Fitness is, why it is so important, and how we can use the mind as a tool for optimising our performance.
PhiI gives a little theory and some basic neuroscience, however the bulk of the session is used to give you practical tools to manage and optimise your internal experience (your mind), so you can focus your energy more intentionally, navigate how you deal with your emotions in a more skilful way, and ultimately create better outcomes for your life.
