Live & Work by Design is my flagship productivity programme. The session is full of practical tools your teams can use to live and work more effectively.
I introduce my DESIGN + ALIGN + EXECUTE framework.
In this session I help you to connect to the big goals you have for your life. We explore the important areas of your life - and ask ourselves the big questions around what we want in each area. I will give you some coaching tools to help you visualise the life you want from both a work and personal perspective.
We will then spend some time setting 1-2 strategic goals for our life and aligning our focus so our behaviours are conducive to what we want for our lives. Your teams will leave this session with more clarity on what they want, what is important to them, and how they can go about getting it; so they can spend more time on the things that really matter, and less time in the minutia.
There will be an opportunity to explore work and personal goals. I will help you to identify the high leverage tasks that make a difference and how to set up your physical and mental environment for consistent execution.
The session is interactive, and requires full audience participation for best results. The session can be delivered over 60 minutes, or a half day workshop.
