About the session


This session can be delivered as a 60 minute session, or a half day workshop.   The session explores how our beliefs & perspectives shape how we interpret the events & circumstances of our lives. We investigate how & where these beliefs are formed; and how we can identify whether the beliefs we hold support or stunt our growth.   You will learn how what you believe impacts how you interpret the world, how you feel about what is happening around you, and ultimately the actions you take. We will explore the impact of our thoughts, feelings, and moods on our productivity and behaviour at large. We will examine tools to help us become more aware and less distracted by our moods and emotions.   In the final part of the session we discuss how we can move from being reactive to being proactive; how we can focus our energy on the things that are in our circle of influence, and how keeping commitments to ourselves is fundamental to an effective life.   We run practical exercises that everyone will have an opportunity to take part in. Your team will walk away with a handful of tools they can integrate into their lives.

All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
