Description
Evie Fehilly will guide participants through a hilarious fun filled, play based workshop to help employees embrace the possibility of failure and harness their full potential free from this fear. This playful workshop can help with stress and anxiety management, and team bonding.
According to findings from O.C. Tanner’s 2022 Global Culture Report, 52% of UK employees feel their work is detrimentally affected by their fear of failure.
This completely practical workshop will enable personnel to see the glorious discoveries and creativity that can be fostered when you embrace failure.
Through a game, drama and comedy-based practice, Evie will create a safe space for people to try new things, bond as a team and become their boldest and most confident self in the workplace.
Evie will help participants to reconnect with their most playful selves and through a variety of games and exercises grounded in the pedagogies of Philippe Gaulier, Jacque Le Coq and John Wright.
This workshop takes place with a group and is fully interactive. It is a physical and active workshop but can be adapted to be made fully accessible.
This workshop can take place in a cleared meeting room or any large enclosed space.
