Change starts at the top. Our inclusive leadership workshops are designed to equip leaders with the skills and understanding to create inclusive environments in the workplace. 


Based on our psychological research and experience into what makes leaders tick, these workshops get to the heart of what leaders need to foster more innovative, engaged and harmonious teams.

    Inclusive leaders are more likely to achieve effective decision-making, relationships and a better working culture.


    Following the programme, leaders will:

    • Understand why inclusion is a must-have

    • Have insight into their personal inclusion driver, strengths and risk areas

    • Have developed their ability to be inclusive through a series of tailored activities and actions


    Most importantly, leaders will be able to demonstrate how their behaviour has changed and how it has impacted others. 


    Off the shelf solutions often fail to deliver behavioural change. Prior to your workshop, attendees will all have access to our bespoke diagnostic tool, which allows each individual to receive personalised insights and actions based on their responses.


    This data is then used to design your workshop so that it focuses on your organisation's specific areas for improvement.

    Bookings can only be made via allocated and registered contacts who can log in to their profile.

    All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

    Of course, we work closely with all of our clients to find the right practitioner and programme to suit your needs.

    We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
