Our unique ERST process grafts insights from the field of positive psychology onto the output of a highly respected personality instrument. It comprises an online questionnaire (c.45 minutes) for completion by an individual, which is then processed by one of our principals to produce a report detailing specific and highly targeted issues for interrogation by the client. The information can be used to make accurate hiring or promotion decisions - or development guidance - as well as providing personal insights for individuals or teams, helping them cope with anxiety or stress.

David has over thirty years experience in Human Resource Management, latterly as EMEA HR Director for a global company. David has worked in a very wide range of industrial, commercial and public service enterprises. He has also practised human factors process design with one of the UK’s leading BPR consultancies.
David holds an honours degree in modern languages and a Masters in English Literature. In addition to the UK, he has practised psychometric testing and assessment in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden and the USA and for fourteen years consulted to the Civil Service, providing assessment services for senior civil service posts.
