1:1 sessions are initially focused on individuals needs and concerns surrounding changes. We will consider what well-balanced looks like for the individual, creating specific goals to work towards and implementing effective mindset techniques to support a more harmonious life.

    Rachael White is a mindset coach and owner of The Restart Story.


    Rachael specialises in change management; supporting her clients with big life changes, whether it’s a new career role or becoming a parent.


    Rachael qualified as a coach in 2018 after leading large teams for over 10 years previously, where development was her priority. She then moved into a culture and development role, influencing the culture and championing diversity and wellbeing for a large media company.


    Rachael’s approach involves finding what balance looks like individually for her clients and supporting them to implement mindset changes to find harmony. An advocate for mental health and being a working parent herself, Rachael focuses on the importance of achievable self-care and its impact.

    We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
