Yoga for better posture
This yoga session is designed to improve your posture and undo the damage of sitting at desks.
The class will highlight areas in the body that may be troubling you because they are imbalanced and the class will give you a toolbox of yoga poses that can benefit your posture throughout the day.
The class will leave you feeling taller and more relaxed. A great session to do during your lunch break.
The class will work through specific target areas such as the neck, shoulders, hips and hamstrings, lower and upper back.
The class will always be bespoke to the group and their needs.
Kelly is an advanced yoga teacher specialising in anatomy and alignment to help people improve their posture, reduce stress and improved overall health.
