This unique experience comes with a dynamic hosting duo - experienced yoga teacher Sarah Hunt and DJ Darlo. Together they guide your team through blissful, energising yoga sequences set to an uplifting mix of disco classics designed to reboot your booty, rejuvenate your mind, body and soul and take you to Boogie Wonderland!
Your team will leave feeling refreshed, inspired and more connected than ever before. Disco Yoga works as a brilliant ice breaker activity, break out session or a fun way to let loose at the end of a long day.
• 10-15 mins: Welcome and pre yoga warm up party with live DJ and host DJ Darlo
• 30-60 mins: Disco Yoga class with dance breaks led by Sarah Hunt
• 15-20 mins: Disco Yoga post class boogie with DJ Darlo – guests can make requests and grab a drink to say cheers

Sarah Hunt has worked within the yoga and wellness industry for over a decade. Then, 5 years ago, the concept for Disco Yoga was born.
Sarah could see an appetite for people to access yoga with a fun and energetic twist, so she teamed up with a good friend and DJ, and Disco Yoga was born.
DJ Darlo (Rosie Baker) has been a professional DJ for many years and especially enjoys playing at interactive events, festivals and corporate socials. Together they are a perfect team and always leave the crowd feeling more connected to each other, while feeling inspired and energised within themselves.
