Monica completed her Pilates Teacher training in 2007 at Trinity Laban, specialising in injury rehabilitation.
She has worked at some of the most renowned Pilates Studios in London (Trinity Laban, Kings Cross Studio, The Third Space…) and subsequently trained as a Thai Massage Therapist (2012) with The London School of Thai Massage, and later on with Master Pichest Boonthumme (Chiang Mai, Thailand).
She furthered her Anatomy studies for movement with Gary Carter of Natural Bodies (2013) and has a professional background in Physical Theatre and teaches Contact Improvisation (contemporary dance technique).
Since 2012 Monica has run her own practice in South East London.
