Yoga Nidra is a lying down meditation that anyone can take part in, regardless of experience or ability. It’s said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 3 to 4 hours of sleep.
Nidra promotes deep rest and is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety.
A trained Gong Master and Kirtan Leader, Sarah is passionate about the profound healing power of sound.
She is also a Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner. Sarah believes in the innate healing wisdom we all have within and works to help her clients access and connect with this. She aims to enhance her client’s overall sense of physical and emotional well-being.
As well as facilitating sound baths, Sarah offers one to one tailor-made sessions in holistic massage, sound healing and reiki, or a combination of these. The name SahaSarah began as a nickname; a play on her name, Sarah, and the Sanskrit name for the Crown Chakra – Sahasrara.
