Whether you are in need of relaxation and respite from day-to-day life, or deep physical release of long-held tension, massage therapy can offer a space that is solely for you to relax and receive. This is specifically on site across a day with 6 sessions available.

A trained Gong Master and Kirtan Leader, Sarah is passionate about the profound healing power of sound. She is also a Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner. Sarah believes in the innate healing wisdom we all have within and works to help her clients access and connect with this. She aims to enhance her client’s overall sense of physical and emotional well-being. As well as facilitating sound baths, Sarah offers one to one tailor-made sessions in holistic massage, sound healing and reiki, or a combination of these. The name SahaSarah began as a nickname; a play on her name, Sarah, and the Sanskrit name for the Crown Chakra – Sahasrara.You might also like

All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
