Chair Massage

This seated massage is designed to take the weight off the spine and give easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms. It is done over clothes and does not require any oils or creams, making it great for corporate settings as it can be done almost anywhere in the workplace.

The therapist will use a mixture of acupressure techniques across your back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and head.

• Relieves muscular tension in the neck and shoulders, that could be caused by poor posture or prolonged periods of sitting
• Relieves stress and some headaches by reducing neck tension.
• Increased mobility and movement, particularly in the shoulder area.
