Shiatsu Massage

What it is: Performed through clothing*, this massage does not use oils or creams.

Shiatsu massage is a non invasive therapy, which uses a combination of kneading, stretching , pressing and tapping techniques, focussing on certain pressure points. The aim is to reduce tension and re-energise the body by improving blood and lymphatic circulation.

Number of attendees for 20 minute sessions

Full day (6 hours) - 18
