Description
Although this might seem a long way from Kate’s expertise as a nutritional expert, Random Kindness is one of Kate’s favourite activities.
Kate examines how in order to be kind, you need to have excess of energy and an abundance of wellbeing, so that you have the capacity to look outside yourself, and have space to be able to help others.
Random kindness, not only affects another human, but transforms your own life too.
Starting from a place of putting your own your own oxygen mask on first, you can engage in random acts of kindness through embodying the Three Cs of Kindness; Community, Connection and Cooking (Cooking because food is a universal leveller).
