It is structured to deliver the following key components:   What menopause is and why everyone in your team should care about it. Understanding the impact of menopause on women’s physical and emotional wellbeing as they navigate this stage of their lives. Recognise key symptoms and challenges women often experience and how these can affect their productivity. Learn strategies for managing key symptoms to ensure all of your team can maintain focus and productivity at work. The role of the workplace in creating awareness and change for menopause, including the role of leaders and managers. How to implement strategies to create a safe space for positive conversations and discussions to offer support to women experiencing menopause. Next steps to consider for building an inclusive workplace culture of trust and understanding.
