Sound and energy healing is an accessible way to reduce stress and enter into a profound sense of calm.

Modern living can cause our energetic bodies, aura, and chakras to be laden with heavy energies, reducing our well-being and increasing unhealthy stress levels.

During a Vocal Sound Bath, our practitioner, Tor, uses his unique approach to channel the resonant sounds your spiritual energies need to return to equilibrium and balance. During the delivery, he will also circulate the room to perform hands-on energy healing.

You will be guided through a short breathwork and meditation journey to a calming and relaxed state. After entering the meditative state, let the sound and energy healing wash over you.

This class will not include bowls or gongs, only Tor's unique approach to resonant singing.

By the end of this transformative session, you will be in a state of deep ease and tranquillity, a testament to the power of sound and energy healing.
