Description
We spend such a large proportion of our lives asleep, or at least we should be enjoying 6-8 hours every night, though many people do not! Our busy lives often encroach on this critical part of us, with so many surviving on much less sleep than is optimal.
I work with groups and individuals to identify the areas that need attention in order to increase that rewarding but elusive rest and recovery. By focusing on diet, intake of stimulants, daily rhythms and routines and many other improvements, we can allow the mind and body to function as well as possible, nocturnally.
I can give you the tools you need to take control of your sleep-life balance and learn to snooze like a champion!
1. Discover what happens in your body and when, over the course of a normal night's sleep
2. Learn how we all function in cycles and rhythms, during the day as well as the night
3. What we eat and drink and how this affects our sleep
4. Alcohol and stimulants
5. Exercise and its role in keeping us stable and balanced
6. Experience hypnotic techniques that can help you to control your comfort anytime but especially your nights
