Deeply relaxing restorative treatment that can have powerful healing benefits for the body and mind.


Foot Reflexology 

Reflexologists believe that stress and illness can be caused by blockages of energy within the body. By treating parts of the feet that are connected with other areas of the body, it is believed that the massage manipulation can help to restore balance to the specified body part.

Gentle pressure is applied to reflex points in the feet. These reflex points are linked with other areas (or zones) of the body, and massaging these points can heal illness and improve the health of these areas.

As well as offering holistic health benefits, reflexology can be very relaxing and is used to relieve tension and stress.

I have worked as a complementary practitioner for over 20 years. I am a fully trained yoga teacher as well as a reflexologist and reiki practitioner. I am passionate about promoting wellness and tailoring treatments to the individual. I have worked extensively in the corporate world and also work privately. I love working holistically with individuals and have developed a very intuitive style of treatment.
