About the session

Acupuncture has been shown to raise the levels of specific hormones including endorphins, the body’s naturally produced ‘opiates’, the body’s own pain killers, and ‘feel good’ chemicals. Acupuncture is widely regarded as a safe and reliable therapeutic modality. The hair-fine needles are gas or gamma sterilised and are single use. Insertion is painless and can be accompanied by subtle sensations.

Catherine Aubin

I started practicing acupuncture in 2004 and worked in 3 clinics in London until Covid hit. After they closed down I started working from a new clinic in Beckenham where I practice regularly. Catherine offers 1-2-1 and group acupuncture sessions.
