Work-related stress and anxiety are on the rise. More and more talented people are burning out. It doesn't have to be that way.
With the right context, skills and support, it really is possible to thrive at work. To achieve things we never thought we could. To enjoy what we do, and have a sustainable work-life balance.
To do our best work, without burning out.
I support high-performing professionals who are experiencing stress or anxiety, to help them rediscover meaning, enjoyment and balance in their work. I offer confidential one-to-one coaching, as well as psychology-based courses and workshops.
Coaching with me gives you a confidential, non-judgemental space to acknowledge how you're feeling, and work through it together bit-by-bit.
As a coach, I don't pretend to have all the answers. Your experience will be unique. I can, however, share relevant ideas and tools from psychology to support your journey.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, over Zoom or another online platform of your choice.
You'll have access to a coaching tracker, which supports your coaching journey by helping you prepare for our sessions and capture your insights and next steps.
You're welcome to have ongoing sessions, or to set an intention for how many sessions you'd like at the beginning. Either way, we'll check in as we go to make sure you're getting what you need.
I recommend no fewer than four sessions to achieve change.
We start with a free intro call, to make sure coaching with me is a good match for you right now
