Description
As well as creating space for children and young people, I believe that supporting parents is key for balance, understanding and transformation.
Parents find it incredibly helpful to have a reflecting space in which to share difficulties and frustrations, as well as taking away some strategies and tools to use in their day to day interactions within the family.
The initial session would be up to 90 minutes, if needed, so we can best cover all we need. Follow up sessions are normally up to 60 minutes long.
Before the initial parent consultation, Patricia will ask you to email her, sharing a brief summary of the current difficulties/worries and your goals/needs for the session. You will then arrange a convenient time to meet online where you will have time and space to go into detail about it.
We will also discuss how to best meet your needs/reach your goals and create a plan around it.
