This programme of one-to-one coaching offers a holistic approach that’s effectively tailored for the unique challenges and goals at work. An approach that’s a little different to traditional coaching that often just focuses on getting from A to B, and the external actions required.
This approach begins with exploring the root cause, challenge, or block, across any area of life that may be impacting performance at work. By delving into the inner world of thought and how our internal experience impacts how we experience reality, we can foster more clarity, insight and resilience to begin navigating challenges.
The actions and behaviours are inspired from a deeper place of insight, which allow for a long-term shift into a state of thriving, with more ease and harmony. To ultimately empower employees to tap into their own insight and zone of genius and unlock their performance potential.
The programme includes talking coaching sessions underpinned by evidence-based principles, effective for the workplace setting. Sessions are held in a safe and non judgemental space, and further resources and support can be provided between sessions, if required.
Typically a series of 8 sessions are required over a 3 month period.
The first session will be a clarity and chemistry session, to connect with the employee, explore the challenges, and align on a focussed intention for the programme.
The overall intention of the coaching can also be aligned with management, to ensure the intention supports their personal development plan and goals.
Each session thereafter will be intentional with forward momentum towards the desired outcome and state of being.
Sessions will build on any insights that arise between sessions and will begin cultivating a calmer state of mind and being.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes over an online video or audio calling platform.
