Money is one of the leading causes of stress in the workplace. In a CIPD survey 70% of respondents cited financial stress. In these 1:1 sessions, individuals will have a chance to be coached on aspects of their finance such as managing day to day spending, how to talk to a partner about money, working on financial goals. Philly will provide a safe space to talk about any of their worries or challenges.
