Executive coaching delivers one-to-one personalised support that can be aligned with the organisation’s development and goals.
We support the organisation in retaining and promoting their key talent into leadership positions and increasing their effectiveness.
4 x 1.5 hours of 1:1 face-to-face coaching (can be monthly or as the candidate requires)
2 x 30-minutes added to the first and last sessions to include the line-manager (optional)
Pre-work and evaluation questionnaires, on-going homework, unlimited email support
We offer candidates two 30-minute complimentary chemistry sessions with two of our Certified Professional Co-Active Coaches

Roxanne is a certified co-active coach who is also trained in the work of Brené Brown.
