Choosing the right therapist and going to therapy can be daunting and overwhelming, let alone demystifying what each acronym means after every therapists' name.

Francesca has worked with many different corporates as part of their wellbeing portfolio; helping members of staff feel empowered to choose what therapy they feel might work for them, whilst saving them time and resource when searching and liaising for accredited and registered therapists.

Francesca offers a full and confidential client assessment to identify the right therapy and therapist using accredited and registered networks. This can either be done on site in a confidential site booked or online.


    Francesca will run through a pre- and post-counselling assessment of the employee using CORE IMS Measurement Tools which is anonymous and confidential.

    Explanation of different modalities of therapy based on the client's presenting issues, in order for the client to responsibly choose what type of therapy they would like to explore. This is solely the client's agenda on not the assessors. The demystifying of therapy is there to empower the client to make a more informed decision for themselves.

    Francesca will research the therapist based on the client's variables, model(s) of therapy chosen and agreed and will liaise with each therapist.

    Francesca will present back 2-3 therapists who have availablity to the client on email and ask them to reference GETZEN should they chose to contact one of the therapists themselves, so the potential therapist knows where the client has been referred from.

    If the client chooses to proceed with one of the therapists, Francesca sends on the assessment ahead of their first session.

    It is ultimately the client's responsibility to book in with the therapist and not Francesca's agenda to push this. Francesca assesses and provides further detail only.

    Assessment, CORE IMS, research and liaising usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the response and availability given from each individual therapists approached.

    A trained Counsellor, Psychotherapeutic Supervisor and Executive Coach who spent 18 years working in a high pressured sales role, understands the challenges of workplace mental health and the detrimental impact it can have on a business. Francesca will support and take the pressure away from HR, making sure everyone feels safe and secure through impartial and confidential services. Francesca offers a wide range of interventions from 121 counselling, pre counselling assessment, talks and workshops to group supervision.

    Francesca is also an accredited member of the BACP.

    Bookings can only be made via allocated and registered contacts who can log in to their profile.

    All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

    Of course, we work closely with all of our clients to find the right practitioner and programme to suit your needs.

    We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
