The focus will be on singing but in its expanded form, and with a clear emphasis on working with the breath, the body, the voice or the mind, in order to overcome social (and other) anxiety.
All sessions in this four-part series include a physical and vocal warm-up, a main activity on the session theme and a song relating to the theme:
Breath - connection and calm
Body - movement and massage
Voice - music and melody
Mind - affirmation and visualisation
