Audience Designed for C-suite and leadership in various sectors including financial,service, manufacturing, industry, energy, technology, health care and non-profit. Format A three-hour onsite group workshop. Participants on this workshop take part in a 3-month Leadership Coaching Programme 1-2-1, virtual. Outline This participative and comprehensive workshop based on a structured professional, open dialogue focuses on reinforcing building greater collaboration among stakeholders within the organization using a gently challenging, independent and non-judgemental approach.
  • What does the team want to achieve? What is the current situation? What opportunities are there? What gaps exist in management style? What will the team do to develop a unified and cohesive approach to leadership?
  • Meet each individual, and the organisation as a whole, ‘where it is at’ through spending time, listening and acknowledging reality.
  • Build on a diplomatic and transparent grasp of reality to address ‘elephants in the room’, pain points, blocks and a way forward including:
  • Internal and external stakeholder management - leading teams and raising awareness about communication, day-to-day interactions, delegation, leadership styles and how to collaborate in an enhanced way.
  • Building confidence about governance i.e. leadership and management (strategically and day-to-day) and the duties of individual executives which contribute to the collective success of the team and the organisation.
  • Excelling as a team of executives with a unified and cohesive approach to leadership and leading by example.

Outcomes Through acknowledging successes, challenges and growth points, as well as defining a tangible path forward with individual and collective responsibility:
    • Continue to build on a healthy work environment.
    • Build a confident, energetic and resilient organization, embracing forward momentum, through taking agreed-upon actions, tailored to individuals strengths, which contribute to the whole and which are supported and celebrated.
    • Establish a morning ‘Huddle’ to embrace collaboration and momentum and to gradually and continually develop leadership skills.
    • Share the positive energy and renewed know-how through
      1-1 sessions building on the above topics, for individual and collective success, and areas which may need particular attention such as: Consistency Confidence Communication Time management Delegation Workload Relationships.

    Siobhán Cahalan is an accredited Personal, Leadership, and Executive coach with extensive global management and leadership experience from The Wall Street Journal to Wall Street, including a significant role as Vice President with a global financial institution. As the Founder and CEO of Wisdom and Vision Ltd., she specializes in transformational and inclusive leadership, helping leaders in the accounting field enhance their communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills. Siobhán has co-created and delivered a workshop on "Being on Board: How to Excel as a Non-Executive Director" for ICAEW, focusing on governance and leadership excellence as well as holding a voluntary role as Governance Trustee with the Board of an Irish entity of a global charity. She has completed multiple trainings in Financial Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance etc. and is currently progressing an MA in Applied Spirituality. She integrates deep industry knowledge with a commitment to ethical leadership and personal growth. She empowers accounting professionals to excel in complex regulatory environments and achieve sustainable organizational success.
