Sally Harris

Sally is a qualified Executive coach and runs her own coaching business. She is passionate about helping people unlock their potential - understanding what they want, unblocking what’s holding them back and gaining the skills and confidence to succeed.

Prior to becoming a coach, Sally spent 20 years as a senior Executive in large organisations, most latterly at Marks and Spencer where she was Finance Director. In her late twenties she was diagnosed with moderate to severe hearing loss. She created ‘Hear Me Out’ which is part of her business focused on giving coaching and community support for those with hearing loss or tinnitus.

As well as being a coach, she is on the Board of two charities close to her heart.
