Description

Acupuncture has been shown to raise the levels of specific hormones including endorphins, the body’s naturally produced ‘opiates’, the body’s own pain killers, and ‘feel good’ chemicals.

Acupuncture is widely regarded as a safe and reliable therapeutic modality.  

The hair-fine needles are gas or gamma sterilised and are single use. Insertion is painless and can be accompanied by subtle sensations.

    I started practicing acupuncture in 2004 and worked in 3 clinics in London until Covid hit. After they closed down I started working from a new clinic in Beckenham where I practice regularly. Catherine offers 1-2-1 and group acupuncture sessions.

    Regarding Massage: I started offering chair massage in 2004, working regularly, three days a month, at the Google head office and also at their events. I also worked at Credit Suisse in Canary Wharf once a week and at ABN AMRO Bank a few times per year. Over the years I have also worked in various other corporate offices.
