Transition - learn when and how to pause to acknowledge our reaction (thoughts, emotions and behaviours)
Acceptance - bring awareness to what we can control and what we can’t
Reframe - explore the use of facts from fiction and ways to reframe, ‘what if I will be ok’ supporting rather than diminishing employee experiences
Enable - once more aware of what is causing anxiety, look at ways to offer compassion for our needs and explore all options for wise choices with positive action
Calm - explore techniques which assist employees in experiencing more moments of presence, through daily rituals and connecting with nature to restore, reconnect and re-energise.
