Description
Everyone has a role to play when it comes to tackling inappropriate behaviour in the workplace.
Our Active Bystander programmes are designed to ensure everyone in your organisation is equipped to spot behaviour that should be challenged - and more importantly, empower them to deal with it in the most effective way possible.
Our research shows that taking action is the weakest area of inclusion for individuals.
Our active bystander workshop tackles this directly, giving people the skills and confidence to be an ally.
Active Bystander workshops will help those in your organisation to understand the importance of inclusion and how to become an effective active bystander to implement lasting change.
Participants will learn the best method of challenging inappopriate behaviour in the workplace, depending on factors like their role, who is involved and the type of situation, using the 'Four Ds' of challenging behaviour and continuum of intervention.
Off the shelf solutions often fail to deliver behavioural change. Prior to your workshop, attendees will all have access to our bespoke diagnostic tool, which allows each individual to receive personalised insights and actions based on their responses.
This data is then used to design your workshop so that it focuses on your organisation's specific areas for improvement.
Our workshops can be delivered in a variety of formats and are tailored to suit your specific organisational needs.
