This activity can take the form of a simple fitness class or drills, races and games, or of course a mixture of both. All levels of fitness are taken into account. It will help alleviate any underlying stress, allowing participants and team members to feel revived, invigorated and better prepared for the challenges ahead. Every session will include a warm up, stretch and technique instruction. The activity itself includes cool down and stretch to finish.
