EFT originates from traditional Chinese medicine and is like acupuncture without the use of needles. It involves tapping on the acupuncture points to release negative emotions or perhaps the root causes of challenges you may be experiencing.
It is fast, easy and safe and is effective for anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, trauma, PTSD and many more.
