Resilience Tools for Uncertain Times We examine: What is change, feeling out of control and can we ever have certainty? We look at the nature of fear (brought about by change) and what it does to the brain (freezes the pre-frontal cortex). We catch fear and negativity from others, disabling the solutions centres in the brain. We explore Ruby Wax’s definition of how human beings best process news; it turns out we best process news/change/threat from our neighbours, and information, and change are best handled “locally” and not globally – we are used to hearing news (from an evolutionary biology sense) “tribally” from our network, and not through beamed images from distant lands. We are best suited to groups of just 120 people, and we operate best in small groups, we best process change through honest and informed dialogue. PROGRAMME AGENDA: We then dissect the strategies that we can employ to give us the best chance of dialling down fear and paralysis, an upping how we might be nimble, take advantage (even) of new opportunities, staying creative and open – Tools for Titans (see below): 1. Time – making sure that wellbeing is considered to foster resilience 2. Focussed Attention – letting go of fear, focussing on positive strategies such as meditation, Qi Gong, Breathing and avoidance strategies such as media block outs, phone discipline, information control, avoiding gossip / rumours 3. Physical health – In times of fear, it is easy to go down the path of drinking too much/eating too much / too much TV, and other addictive behaviour – how do we make stress positive 4. Rest and Recovery – Sleep, worry explored 5. Fuel – what we can fuel ourselves with (balancing hormones, and blood sugar – energy, to avoid addiction) 6. Emotion and Commotion – Strategies – breathing, meditation, etc 7. Community and Giving – looking outside yourself is the best way to conquer fear – when we open to the wider community, we realise it isn’t “each man for himself” 8. Summary and action plan

    Bookings can only be made via allocated and registered contacts who can log in to their profile.

  2. Are individuals' names shared with the employee diagnostic outcomes?

    All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

  3. Can we get in touch if we can’t find the programme we need?

    Of course, we work closely with all of our clients to find the right practitioner and programme to suit your needs.

  4. Do you have a library of pre-recorded content we can access?

    Not yet, that’s something we’re working on behind the scenes.

  5. Can I meet with the practitioner before the programme takes place?

    We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.

  6. How often will we receive the GetZeN diagnostic outcomes?

    For those who take part in the end to end GetZeN diagnostic, we will report quarterly. However, we are working towards a way where we can integrate this into your client profile so you can see the outcomes weekly.

  7. Can you offer taster sessions?

    We can do this, please get in touch to find out more.

  8. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

  9. Will you be offering on-site services again?

    We monitor the government guidance closely and as soon as we can safely and responsibly provide programmes in your place of work we will be happy to.
