A 30 minute routine to enliven and relax the body through a guided self massage focusing on: Feet, Face or Torso (and limbs) The massage of feet is very energising and grounding at the same time. Our feet are often neglected in exercise routines and daily life. By stimulating the feet in novel ways we release tension in the ‘whole body’. By working the extremities we can effectively counteract stress and anxiety. Face massage is a wonderful tool to support deep relaxation as well as helping us improve the quality of our social interactions - as our facial muscles are ‘relational muscles’. The torso and limb routine is great fun and brings aliveness and an renewed energy flow to the body - especially when spending prolonged periods of time in stationary positions. Each of these guided sequences can provide valuable intermissions from whole day events, helping participants to recover a sense of their body/mind, improving their relational skills, supporting relaxation and better focus. All of the guided sequences require little space, as we will sit (on a chair or on the floor) or stand and work on the spot. This can be experienced wearing comfortable everyday clothes as long as they allow for freedom of movement.

All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

Not yet, that’s something we’re working on behind the scenes.

  5. Can I meet with the practitioner before the programme takes place?

We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.

  6. How often will we receive the GetZeN diagnostic outcomes?

For those who take part in the end to end GetZeN diagnostic, we will report quarterly. However, we are working towards a way where we can integrate this into your client profile so you can see the outcomes weekly.
