Francesca Rogers
A trained Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Executive Coach who spent 18 years working in a high pressured sales role, understands the challenges of workplace mental health and the detrimental impact it can have on a business. Francesca will support and take the pressure away from HR, making sure everyone feels safe and secure through impartial and confidential services. Francesca offers a wide range of interventions from 121 counselling, pre counselling assessment, talks and workshops to group supervision of MHFAs.
Gary Aldridge
Gary has worked in the field of addiction for ten years now in various roles. From a therapist, a group facilitator and into senior management roles. Gary's current role is a service manager at a charity rehab in Hertfordshire. He has his own private counselling practice situated in Hertford and is an integrative trained therapist. He is also a couples/ relationship counsellor, working with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. Gary has successfully run men’s workshops since 2018. These workshops have been aimed at helping men understand mental health and try new avenues to wellbeing. I have successfully trained and supported the development of staff, therapists, and attendees at either my training sessions or workshops, who have all commented on my compassion and commitment approach on how I run my practice.
Hilary Lees
Hilary Lees is an Executive Coach and Trainer and she specialises in supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders to build their mental fitness so they can deal positively with the many challenges and changing demands they face. This enhances their performance, improves relationships as well as improves their peace of mind. Her work is informed by more than twenty years’ experience as a former Occupational Therapist working in a variety of frontline mental health NHS services, as well as ten years’ experience coaching clients to proactively overcome stress, burnout and build a resilient, resourceful mindset.
Patrick Melville
Patrick started working in marketing over 20 years. He had the best job: traveling around South America and Europe with his own business card and being taken to the best restaurants as a media buyer in airport media. He broadened his marketing expertise to work in media agencies and ended up running a team of 40 people around the world for UBS. In 2013, MMS was founded to provide a consultancy service to all areas of business - client, suppliers, consultancies and associations. Mental Health has always been a passion especially in 2017 when Patrick was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He is currently in remission and continues to use life and academic experience to support the Mental Health of clients.
Vaso Soteri
Vaso Soteri is a counsellor and psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). Vaso is also an experienced clinical supervisor of trainee and qualified counsellors, working with individuals and groups.FAQs

Will all employees be able to book programmes on the GetZeN platform?
Bookings can only be made via allocated and registered contacts who can log in to their profile.

Are individuals' names shared with the employee diagnostic outcomes?
All names are anonymised and confidential. The diagnostic will only show the overall outcomes relating to anxiety, stress, energy, sense of wellbeing & productivity.

Can we get in touch if we can’t find the programme we need?
Of course, we work closely with all of our clients to find the right practitioner and programme to suit your needs.

Do you have a library of pre-recorded content we can access?
Not yet, that’s something we’re working on behind the scenes.

Can I meet with the practitioner before the programme takes place?
We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.

How often will we receive the GetZeN diagnostic outcomes?
For those who take part in the end to end GetZeN diagnostic, we will report quarterly. However, we are working towards a way where we can integrate this into your client profile so you can see the outcomes weekly.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

Will you be offering on-site services again?
We monitor the government guidance closely and as soon as we can safely and responsibly provide programmes in your place of work we will be happy to.
